Forex Broker Rebate Rates: Per-Lot Table For Exness, XM, HFM, Vantage, IC Markets And EC Markets

Published 13 min read

Forex broker rebate rates per lot for Exness, XM, HFM, Vantage, IC Markets and EC Markets: glass podium with a stack of coins and a looping rebate arrow

Search for forex broker rebate rates and you usually land on one of two things: a headline that says "up to USD 18 per lot", or a comparison that never says which account type and product that number applies to. "Up to 18" does not tell you what a EURUSD trade on a Standard account actually returns.

This article is a lookup table. Backcom.io read the rebate tables published for six brokers (Exness, XM, HFM, Vantage, IC Markets and EC Markets) and grouped them by account type for gold, EURUSD and USDJPY, with the date each figure was read. The sections after the tables explain how to read a row, how to convert a rebate into pips, and how to pick the right line for your own account.

What Are Forex Rebate Rates Per Lot? How To Read One Row Of The Table

Forex rebate rates per lot are the amounts in USD you receive back for every lot you close, taken from the IB commission the broker pays its introducing partner. The rebate is calculated on closed volume whether the trade wins or loses, and it does not change the spread or the account conditions. See also what a forex rebate is and how to calculate cashback per lot.

Every row in the tables below is defined by three things:

  • Product: On the same account, gold has a very different rebate from EURUSD. Never compare the rebates of two different products.
  • Account type: Standard, Pro, Raw Spread, Zero and ECN accounts pay different rebates because the commission the broker pays the IB differs.
  • Registration link: At some brokers the link decides the rebate, and the higher-rebate links usually add spread.

One standard forex lot is 100,000 units of the base currency, and one lot of gold is 100 ounces.

Gold (XAUUSD) has the largest rebates and the clearest gaps between brokers, so it gets the first table.

Rebates read from the live broker pages on 6 November 2026. The Exness table refreshes every 15 minutes; the other brokers show rates effective from 1 October 2026. Rebates can change, so check them again before you open an account or move your IB.

Three points need a careful read:

  • The 18 USD figure appears in four rows: XM Standard, HFM Markup 1, the Vantage High link and EC Markets No Markup all show 18 USD, but the attached conditions differ.
  • Higher-rebate links come with extra spread: HFM Markup 1, the Vantage High link and both EC Markets Markup links raise the rebate by widening the spread.
  • Raw and ECN accounts rebate less: Exness Raw Spread and Zero, IC Markets Raw and Vantage RAW ECN return 0.85 to 3.00 USD per lot of gold, while HFM Zero and Pro return 5.60 USD. These accounts usually charge a separate commission, so their cost does not sit mainly in the spread.

Highest forex broker rebate rates by account type per lot: EURUSD at 8.10 USD on the XM Standard account, next to USDJPY
Highest Forex Rebates By Account: EURUSD And USDJPY Rates Per Lot

The table uses EURUSD and USDJPY because most brokers publish figures for both.

Figures read from the broker pages on 6 November 2026. IC Markets publishes one rate for the major-forex group (Standard) and one for the remaining forex group (Raw), so both pairs show the same number.

EC Markets publishes one rebate for all forex pairs rather than pair by pair: 28, 18 and 8 USD per lot for the STD-PXX, STD-PX and STD tiers, and 2.50 USD for the ECN-UV account. The three numbers match the broker's three spread-markup links, and the page does not say which pairs already include the extra spread, so read the EC Markets page before comparing it with another broker.

One pattern runs through the data: within a single broker, Raw and Zero accounts rebate less than Standard accounts. Exness Standard returns 3.20 USD on EURUSD while Raw Spread returns 0.87 USD. A low rebate does not make that account more expensive, because this account type usually charges a separate commission instead of building the cost into the spread.

Converting A Forex Rebate Into Pips: Is 3.20 USD A Lot?

Converting a forex rebate into pips: 3.20 USD per lot divided by 10 equals 0.32 pip
Converting A Forex Rebate Into Pips: Is 3.20 USD A Lot?

A rebate in USD only means something next to the cost of trading, and forex costs are usually quoted in pips. On EURUSD, one pip on one standard lot is 10 USD, so the conversion is short:

Rebate in pips = Rebate (USD per lot) ÷ 10

Applied to the EURUSD table above:

  • Exness Standard: 3.20 ÷ 10 = 0.32 pip.
  • HFM Zero, Pro: 3.20 ÷ 10 = 0.32 pip.
  • IC Markets Standard: 4.00 ÷ 10 = 0.40 pip.
  • XM Standard: 8.10 ÷ 10 = 0.81 pip.
  • Exness Raw Spread, Zero: 0.87 ÷ 10 = 0.087 pip.

A Standard account returning 0.81 pip offsets a meaningful part of the spread, while a Raw account returning 0.087 pip barely changes the cost.

Gold uses a different conversion. One lot is 100 ounces, so each 1 USD of rebate offsets 0.01 USD per ounce of spread. An 18 USD rebate offsets 0.18 USD per ounce, while a 3 USD rebate offsets only 0.03 USD.

From here the monthly rebate is a simple multiplication. A trader closing 20 lots of EURUSD a month on a Standard account receives:

Account (EURUSD)Rebate per lot (USD)Rebate for 20 lots (USD)
Exness Standard3.2064.00
IC Markets Standard4.0080.00
Vantage Standard STP6.12122.40
HFM Premium7.20144.00
XM Standard8.10162.00

Illustration for 20 lots a month, calculated from the 6 November 2026 rebates. The table counts the rebate only, not spread or commission, so it is not a ranking of the cheapest broker.

The Highest Forex Rebate Is Not The Lowest Cost

Cost gauge showing the highest forex rebate is not the lowest cost, with fee flow and rebate coins
The Highest Forex Rebate Is Not The Lowest Cost

A high rebate only has value when you know the rest of the cost. The real cost of a trade has three parts: the spread, the round-trip commission, and the rebate you subtract.

Net cost per lot = Spread + Round-trip commission − Rebate

A rebate table contains none of the first two, so it cannot tell you which broker is cheapest. Three situations show why:

  1. Two accounts with the same rebate and different fee structures: HFM Zero and Exness Standard both return 3.20 USD on EURUSD, but one charges commission and the other builds the cost into the spread. Equal rebates say nothing about cost.
  2. A high rebate bought with wider spread: The three EC Markets links return 18, 28 and 38 USD per lot of gold for 0, 1 and 2 extra pips of spread.
  3. A low rebate because the cost sits in commission: Raw and ECN accounts return less than Standard accounts at the same broker, but they charge commission instead of marking up the spread. IC Markets, for example, publishes its Raw Spread commission on the account page of its EU entity; the entity serving your region may have a different fee schedule.

The quickest check is to compare accounts within the same group (Standard with Standard, Raw with Raw) and to measure the spread on a demo account at the hours you actually trade. The five-step process for ranking brokers by net cost is in the best forex rebate brokers guide.

Exness, XM, HFM And 3 More Brokers: Payout Cycle And Conditions

The payout cycle decides how fast the money arrives, and the conditions decide whether you receive a rebate at all. The details below come from the broker pages on 6 November 2026.

Three rules hold across the brokers:

  • The rebate is cash: All six brokers pay in money, not trading credit.
  • It is calculated on closed volume: Winning and losing trades both count, open trades do not.
  • There is no minimum: The broker pages do not state a minimum volume to receive a rebate.

Traders who already hold an account and want to start receiving rebates can read how to transfer your Exness IB to get rebates and the Vantage IB transfer guide. Broker-level detail sits in the Exness rebate rates, XM rebate rates, HFM rebate rates and IC Markets rebates per lot articles.

How To Pick The Right Row For Your Own Account

To use the table well, follow this order instead of looking for the biggest number.

Step 1: Identify the product that carries most of your volume

If you mostly trade gold, read the gold table. If you trade major pairs, read the EURUSD and USDJPY table. The rebates of the two groups differ by roughly two to three times on the same account type.

Step 2: Choose the account group that matches how you trade

Traders with fewer orders often consider Standard, where the cost sits in the spread. Traders with many orders at larger size often consider Raw or Zero, which carry a commission.

Step 3: Check the link and the conditions attached to the rebate

High-rebate links such as the EC Markets Markup links, HFM Markup 1 or the Vantage High link all come with a wider spread. Read the note on the broker page before choosing.

Step 4: Confirm the figures right before you open the account

The Exness rebate moves with the spread and refreshes every 15 minutes, while the other brokers publish fixed rates with an effective date. Save the table at the moment you decide.

What This Table Does Not Show And What To Verify

Four limits matter:

  • Gold, EURUSD and USDJPY only: Silver, oil and indices also carry their own rebates on each broker page, and they are outside this guide.
  • No spread or commission: The rebate table does not tell you which broker is cheapest. For that you need your own measurements.
  • Vantage quotes follow the spread: The Vantage page notes that the rebate the partner receives can change with the actual spread at any given time.
  • Each figure has a date: Brokers can adjust rebates at any time.

Before you deposit, also check the licence of the entity serving your region on the regulator's own register, for example the FCA register. Licences differ by legal entity, and a rebate should rank behind regulation, withdrawal reliability and execution quality.

On conflicts of interest: Backcom.io is an introducing partner of the brokers named here, so every figure carries a date you can check yourself. The role is explained in what an IB is in forex.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) About Forex Broker Rebate Rates

Which Broker Has The Highest Forex Rebate Rates?

On gold, the EC Markets Markup 2 link shows 38 USD per lot, the highest of the six brokers. On EURUSD with a Standard account, XM shows 8.10 USD per lot, the highest among the accounts compared. The highest figure is not the lowest cost, because high-rebate links usually add spread.

Is The Forex Rebate Per Lot The Same For Every Currency Pair?

No. On the same account, the rebate differs between pairs. Exness Standard returns 3.20 USD on EURUSD, 2.52 USD on USDJPY and 6.37 USD on USDCHF. Read the row for the pair you actually trade.

When And How Is A Forex Rebate Paid?

According to the broker pages on 6 November 2026, Exness, XM, HFM, Vantage and EC Markets pay daily and IC Markets pays early each month. All six pay cash on closed volume and none states a minimum.

Are Forex Rebate Rates Fixed?

It depends on the broker. The Exness table refreshes every 15 minutes with the spread. XM, HFM, Vantage, IC Markets and EC Markets show rates effective from 1 October 2026, which can still be adjusted, so check them before opening an account.

Do The Highest Forex Cashback Rates Mean Higher Profit?

Not automatically. A rebate only lowers trading cost and does not change the result of a trade. A losing strategy is still losing after the rebate, just by a little less.

Conclusion: Read Rebate Rates By Product And Account Type

Forex broker rebate rates are only useful when you read three things correctly: the product, the account type and the registration link. The tables show that one broker can return anywhere from 0.87 to 3.20 USD on EURUSD depending on the account, and from 3.00 to 9.60 USD on gold.

The cleanest way to use them is to pick your main product, match accounts with the same fee structure, convert the rebate into pips or USD per ounce, and only then compare it with the spread and commission you measure yourself. Confirm the figures again right before opening an account.

Current rebates and conditions for each broker are on the list of brokers with rebates, and the rebate comparison overview gives a combined view. Once you have chosen a broker, you can sign up on the rebate sign-up page. Backcom.io is an independent introducing partner (IB/affiliate) of the brokers named in this guide; the rebate is paid out of the commission the broker pays this partner, as explained in the risk disclaimer.
