1. Backcom.io's Legal Position

Backcom.io is an independent trading-rebate (cashback) intermediary. We are not an exchange, brokerage, financial institution, investment fund or investment advisor in any form, and we are not owned by any exchange.

Backcom.io does not provide financial services: we do not take orders, match orders, manage trading accounts or issue any financial product. Backcom.io's only service is to refund part of the introducing-broker (IB/affiliate) commission that exchanges pay us.

2. No Investment Solicitation - No Financial Advice

All content on Backcom.io (articles, comparison tables, calculators, exchange reviews…) is for information and reference only and is not investment advice, a buy/sell recommendation or an invitation to enter any market.

We do not solicit investment and make no commitment or promise of any profit. Every rebate figure shown is a refund of trading fees you have already paid - not investment profit. Trading decisions are entirely yours; consider your goals and experience, and consult an independent financial professional if needed.

3. We Never Take Custody of Funds

Backcom.io does not accept deposits, does not take custody of funds, does not trade on your behalf and never asks you to transfer money to us to enter the market. Your trading deposits/withdrawals are made directly with the exchange, never through Backcom.io.

Any balance in your Backcom wallet (if any) is merely reconciled rebate awaiting your withdrawal - it is not an investment and earns no interest.

4. Crypto & Forex/CFD Market Risk

Trading crypto assets, Forex and CFDs carries very high risk, including but not limited to: sharp price swings over short periods, liquidation risk when using leverage, liquidity risk, an exchange's technical/security risk, and the possibility of losing all of your capital.

Past performance does not guarantee future results. Only trade with money you can afford to lose. Receiving rebates from Backcom.io does not reduce trading risk in any way.

5. A Global Platform - Your Responsibility to Comply with Local Law

Backcom.io is a global platform. Laws governing crypto assets and foreign exchange differ between countries/territories and may change over time.

When using the service, you are responsible for researching and complying with the laws in force in your country/territory of residence, including rules on trading, tax and foreign exchange. Backcom.io does not target or provide services in areas where local law prohibits them; if the law where you reside does not permit it, please do not use the service.

The service is for people aged 18 or older only.

6. The Relationship Between Backcom.io and the Exchanges

Backcom.io is an independent introducing partner (IB/affiliate) of the listed exchanges. We do not represent, do not guarantee and are not responsible for the operations, service quality, solvency or legal status of any exchange.

The rebate program depends on each exchange's IB policy and may be changed or terminated by the exchange without notice. In that case, Backcom.io will try to notify you as soon as possible but is not responsible for future rebates that have not yet accrued.

Exchange logos and brand names belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

7. Accuracy of Information

Rebate rates, spreads, account parameters and other figures on the website are reference values at the time of update and may change according to the exchange's policy without notice. Calculators provide only estimates based on average fees.

We strive to keep information accurate but make no absolute guarantee; please verify directly with the exchange before deciding.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Backcom.io and its operating team are not liable for:

• Any losses or damages arising from your trading activity on the exchanges;
• Decisions made based on the information, content or tools on the website;
• Incidents, system errors, policy changes, account freezes or the insolvency of any exchange;
• Technical interruptions, third-party data errors or force-majeure events;
• Any indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
