Welcome to Backcom.io. Please read the Terms of Service below carefully before accessing or using the service. By accessing, registering for or using Backcom.io, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms.
1. Scope of Backcom.io's services
Backcom.io is a platform that provides technology and information solutions, helping users to:
- Connect with trading cashback programs from third-party digital asset exchanges
- Track, aggregate and display cashback data based on information provided by partner exchanges
Backcom.io is not an exchange and does not directly organize or operate the buying and selling of digital assets.
2. Backcom.io is not an advisor or broker
Backcom.io does not provide:
- Investment advisory services
- Recommendations to buy, sell or hold digital assets
- Brokerage, trust or capital management services
All information on the website is for reference and technical support only.
Users are solely responsible for all of their own trading decisions and actions.
3. Compliance with Vietnamese law and user responsibilities
Backcom.io respects and complies with the laws of Vietnam.
Users acknowledge and agree that:
- Their use of Backcom.io must comply with the laws of their country/region of residence
- Users are solely responsible for understanding the legality of trading digital assets
- Backcom.io does not encourage or promote trading on exchanges that are not licensed in Vietnam (where any restriction or prohibition applies)
In the event that Vietnamese law changes with respect to digital assets or trading activities:
- Backcom.io has the right to adjust, restrict or temporarily suspend part of the service
- Users are responsible for proactively complying with the new regulations
4. The relationship between Backcom.io and third-party exchanges
Backcom.io acts as a technology intermediary and does not control or take responsibility for:
- The operation of the exchanges
- The legality, licensing or legal status of each exchange
- Changes to fees, policies or terms on the exchange's side
- Any risk, loss or dispute arising between users and the exchanges
Users should research and accept the terms of each exchange before participating.
5. Conditions for using the service
When using Backcom.io, users commit to:
- Providing accurate and truthful information
- Not using the service for fraud, money laundering or unlawful purposes
- Not impersonating other organizations or individuals
- Not exploiting, interfering with or disrupting the Backcom system
Backcom.io has the right to suspend or terminate access if it detects any violation.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Backcom.io is not responsible for:
- Any losses or loss of assets arising from a user's trades
- Risks related to market volatility, leverage or liquidation
- Technical incidents or system errors from third-party exchanges
- A user's personal trading decisions
Users agree that using Backcom.io is entirely voluntary and at their own risk.
7. The right to modify and suspend the service
Backcom.io has the right to:
- Change, update or add to the service content
- Suspend or terminate the service when necessary
- Adjust the Terms of Service to comply with the law and actual circumstances
Any changes will be announced on the website and take effect immediately upon posting.
8. Intellectual property
All content on Backcom.io (including but not limited to: text, logos, interface, source code and images) belongs to Backcom or its relevant partners.
Copying or reusing it in any form without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
9. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam.
Any dispute that arises (if any) will first be resolved through negotiation.
If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be resolved in accordance with the applicable law of Vietnam.
