Backcom.io only collects the information needed to provide and improve the rebate service:

• Information you provide: your email address, UID/account number on partner exchanges (to reconcile rebates), and contact details when you submit a support request.
• Information collected automatically: IP address, browser/device/OS type, access time, pages viewed, cookies and similar technologies - used for analytics and to improve your experience.

We will never ask for your password, 2FA code, private key, seed phrase or any API key with trading/withdrawal permissions on your exchange account. Any such request in the name of Backcom.io is fraudulent.

2. How We Use Information

The information collected is used to: (1) reconcile UIDs with the exchange and calculate/pay rebates; (2) support and respond to your requests; (3) operate, secure and improve the website; (4) send service-related notifications when necessary.

We do not use your data for any purpose other than those stated above.

3. No Data Sale - Scope of Sharing

Backcom.io does not sell, rent or trade your personal data to any third party for commercial or advertising purposes.

Data is only shared to the minimum extent when truly necessary:

• With partner exchanges: your UID/account number to verify the link and reconcile rebates - this is the core of the service;
• With infrastructure providers (hosting, analytics, email) under confidentiality agreements, only to the extent needed to operate;
• Under a valid legal request from a competent authority.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The website uses cookies to remember preferences, keep you signed in and measure traffic (anonymously). You can disable or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time; some features may not work fully when cookies are disabled.

5. Data Storage and Security

We apply reasonable, industry-standard security measures (encryption in transit, restricted internal access, periodic backups) to protect your data.

However, no system is perfectly secure. To the extent permitted by law, Backcom.io is not liable for damages arising from attacks beyond our reasonable control; we will notify you as required when an incident affects personal data.

Data is stored only for as long as necessary for the purposes stated in this policy or as required by law.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to: request access to/a copy of your personal data; request correction of inaccurate information; request deletion of your data and to stop using the service; and withdraw any consent you have given.

The service is not directed at people under 18 and we do not intentionally collect their data. If we discover data belonging to someone under 18, we will delete it as soon as we are notified.

The website contains links to exchanges and third-party services. When you visit them, you are governed by their own privacy policies; Backcom.io does not control and is not responsible for how those parties handle your data.

9. A Global Platform - Cross-Border Data Transfer

Backcom.io is a global platform; data may be stored and processed on infrastructure located in a country other than where you reside. By using the service, you consent to such transfer and processing, with the safeguards described in this policy.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy at any time; a new version takes effect as soon as it is published together with its update date. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the new content.
