What Is a HashKey UID?
Your UID on HashKey is a unique number associated with your account. It is necessary for:
- Connecting your exchange account to cashback platforms like Backcom
- Identifying your account during customer support interactions
- Tracking trading volume and cashback eligibility
How to Find Your UID on the HashKey Website
- Go to www.hashkey.com and log into your account.
- Click your profile icon (usually in the top-right corner).
- Navigate to [Account Center] or [Account Details].
- UID UID will be displayed near your username, email address, or in the account overview section.
How to Find Your UID on the HashKey Mobile App (if applicable)
- Open the HashKey Exchange app and sign in.
- Tap on the “Profile” or “Account” tab.
- Your UID should appear near the top, next to your nickname or email.
- Tap or long-press to copy it.
